With an audience of over 100 students per session, this role has given me experience in teaching large-format lectures. The lectures introduce key theoretical frameworks in organizational behavior, including content and process theories of motivation, and connect them to contemporary challenges in managing people at work.&lt;/p&gt;

It aims to provide a solid understanding of a variety of research designs, data collection techniques, and analytical methods commonly used in organizational research, while also fostering critical thinking about the ethical and practical implications of conducting research in organizational settings. Students learn to develop research questions, design appropriate studies, and apply data collection and analysis techniques. The course covers methods such as regression analysis, multilevel modeling, (quasi-)experimental designs, and case study research. By designing and conducting their own research projects, students gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how to investigate current trends and challenges in organizations.&lt;/p&gt;

Against the backdrop of ongoing demographic and social changes, we critically examine how diversity manifests in the workplace and how it can be researched from a social science perspective. The course emphasizes the development of students&amp;rsquo; methodological skills: from formulating a compelling research question and hypotheses, to designing a suitable research design to investigate workplace inequality and inclusion. Through the lens of contemporary challenges — such as gender inequality and underrepresentation in leadership — students learn how to connect theoretical concepts with real-world organizational dynamics and begin shaping their own research projects.&lt;/p&gt;
