I (co-)supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s theses on workplace inequality across disciplines such as Management, Psychology, and Data Science. I guide students in developing strong theoretical frameworks and applying rigorous quantitative methods to explore topics like diversity, discrimination, leadership, and organizational change. My supervision spans students from the Politics, Public Administration and Management track, as well as those studying Psychology or Data Science.

I am a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Cluster of Excellence “The Politics of Inequality” at the University of Konstanz. I conduct quantitative research on workplace inequality. My work examines how gender, age, migration background, and occupational background shape everyday work experiences, career outcomes, and health, and what organizations and policymakers can do to reduce these disparities.
