Since 2025, I have been delivering substitute lectures on motivation theories as part of the introductory undergraduate lecture series on Human Resources and Organization. With an audience of over 100 students per session, this role has given me experience in teaching large-format lectures. The lectures introduce key theoretical frameworks in organizational behavior, including content and process theories of motivation, and connect them to contemporary challenges in managing people at work.
Level: Undergraduate | Institution: University of Konstanz | Format: Large Lecture (100+ students) | Since: 2019

I am a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Cluster of Excellence
“The Politics of Inequality” at the University of Konstanz. I conduct
quantitative research on workplace inequality. My work examines how gender,
age, migration background, and occupational background shape everyday work
experiences, career outcomes, and health, and what organizations and
policymakers can do to reduce these disparities.
